It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 39th International Symposium on Pediatric Surgical Research (ISPSR), which will take place in Venice, Italy, from 8–10 October 2026.

For nearly four decades, the International Symposium on Paediatric Surgical Research has become a global research forum for young investigators in our speciality to present high-quality basic and clinical research. As in previous years, the first day of the ISPSR 2026 will be devoted to Keynote Lectures on Recent Advances and Emerging Trends in Pediatric Surgery, delivered by internationally recognised experts, and the following two days to basic and clinical research in our field.

We are confident that ISPSR 2026 will provide not only an outstanding scientific program but also an opportunity to strengthen collaborations and networking, initiate new research partnerships, and reaffirm our shared commitment to improving surgical care for children across the globe.
